Returns

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive a wrong product, defective item, or damaged shipment, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or special product categories (e.g., personal care items, intimate products, opened consumables). Such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).

Replacements

  • Instead of a refund, you may also choose a replacement for eligible products.

  • Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1–7 days of delivery.

  • For verification, we may request images or videos of the damaged/wrong shipment.

  • After approval, a replacement or full refund will be provided as per our policy.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
