Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a wrong product, defective item, or damaged shipment, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or special product categories (e.g., personal care items, intimate products, opened consumables). Such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
Replacements
Instead of a refund, you may also choose a replacement for eligible products.
Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1–7 days of delivery.
For verification, we may request images or videos of the damaged/wrong shipment.
After approval, a replacement or full refund will be provided as per our policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order or before the product is dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
